General

All of our plants are grown and hand-packed with care by our staff. 

Placing an order

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.  You will receive a tracking number the day that your plants are shipped. 

Shipping

We pack and ship plants on Mondays and Tuesdays so that they do not get stuck over weekend.  Shipments may be delayed due to weather.  If the temperatures are too cold or too hot we may delay shipping to insure your plants to arrive healthy

We start shipping our Perennials beggining of April based on ground temperatures, with the warmest Growing Zones shipping first. Spring shipping will continue through June, depending on temperature, weather conditions, and plants remaining.

Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of the products, plants cannot be returned.
